It is never safe to do one, as there is a signficant risk of heart failure or cerebral oedema (where your brain literally crushes itself with excessive fluid).
With regards to the birth control, both MDMA ('ecstasy') and birth control pills can cause hypertension (high blood pressure). The combined effect of the two of them is likely to cause a massive hypertension which could potentially make the risk of heart failure higher.|||If you're talking about taking illegal drugs it's anybody's guess as to whether its safe or not regardless of what else you're taking.
