All you need is to polish your watch and have it serviced. It should not cost you more then $250. Los Angeles has one of the biggest jewelery industry - you should not have any problems finding someone to help you out.
Try to buy a Rolex dial at www.w-precision.com and then have it installed with any watchmaker.
