How to safely ship quite valuable Rolex watch from Italy to Florida Boca Raton?

I just wanted to ask if someone know how much would it cost me to send my Rolex from Italy to Florida Boca Raton. The watch is pretty expensive around 30,000 and I want to have it sent to my college but I don't know how through which company and is it completely safe to do that.
