What is the difference between a ladies Rolex Date and Rolex Datejust wristwatch?

My girlfriend has a non-quickset Rolex Oyster Perpetual "Date" wristwatch, and she wants to replace the dial.





What is the difference between a ladies Rolex Date and Rolex Datejust wristwatch?


Is a Rolex Datejust dial interchangeable with a Rolex Date dial?|||The difference is in how you adjust the date. On the Date you have to wind to hour and minute hands until you get to the right date, but on Datejust, you can adjust the date alone.





The Datejust is also a bit larger (only 2 mm).





So from what I can tell, it is not interchangable
