However, that doesn't mean that Craigslist MUST allow you to sell it. Craigslist is a private entity, and they have the legal right to set whatever rules they want with regard to what products/services they will or will not allow to be sold on their site. So, if they end up removing your ad or telling you not to sell the replica on their site, that's their choice and you must abide by their terms to use their service.|||That's like saying is it illegal to sell bootleg DVD's, it violates the companies trademark because with certainly, it's going to have their logo to make it look real.

How can I tell if a rolex watch is fake or stolen?

There are a lot of things to watch out for on fakes (one is that they require batteries - ohhh doh - perpetual motion!)|||You can take them to get appraised and they can tell you if they're real or fake|||If it is sold to you with someone wearing black and carrying a swag bag it is likely it is stolen.|||if its on ebay and its ridiculously cheap its fake|||before u buy ask if u can look at it an drop it on the floor if it breaks its fake

Is there such thing as a rolex oysteradte?
My friend just purchased a rolex oysteradte from a fairly wealthy friend of ours. I've searched all over the net and can't find anything about this. I'm beginning to think that I'm going to have to tell her it's a fake. Can anyone help with this?|||Rolex Oysterdate, not oysteradte.
If you know nothing about high end watches, you'll never know if its real or not by eye. Rolex is the most easily copied watch on the planet.

How can I replace the winder on a genuine Rolex?

If the crown is the problem then it is likely the watch will need a full service as it connects directly to the mechanism. I you are worried about cost you can always send it away for an estimate to have it repaired.

Too easy to make a worse problem trying to do it yourself.|||Take it to a watch repair shop. Let the professionals handle it. You don't want to break it.
